Taylored Training – What is it and why does it work?

We get you to perform a circuit of exercises that maxmises your muscle activation so that you get the most out of each training session.

A circuit is a set of exercises put together to form a training session. Ours are Taylored to you and your goals, no-one elses!

The exercises can be anything that gets you to your goal, getting fitter, gaining strength, toning or flexibility.

The benefits from this type of training

Provides a huge variety of exercises

Can be easily progressed or regressed to suit your fitness level

Weekly training time can be shortened due to the intensity of a circuit. meaning you don’t have to spend hours on a treadmill

Can be done anywhere – at a gym, outdoors, lounge room or car port

No equipment is necessary. A good trainer can make you sweat just using your own bodyweight!

Any injuries you have can be worked around simply by switching out one exercise for another

By varying the exercises your body keeps adapting and working hard to get you reaching your goals faster
